Sam Mitchell – Director

Sam has worked for the Trust since its conception in 2003. It is her role to raise the required funds for projects to be delivered within the local communities, as well as the day to running of the Trust’s business and overall responsibility for the team.
Sam works 18 hours per week, Monday – Thursday.

Trudie Davies – Administrator

Trudie has been with the Trust since 2004 and is responsible for all the Administration of the Trust and day to day management of the project workers.
Trudie works 18 hours per week Tuesday – Thursday.

Sarah Rampton – Project Worker

Sarah has been with the Trust since 2005. She is currently working on Dorset PCT Commissioning work, delivering a variety of healthy eating workshops to children and parents in Dorset schools that are working towards 'healthy schools plus', with obesity as their main theme.
Sarah works 21 hours per week, flexibly.

Sally Knight – Project Worker

Sally has worked for the Trust since 2007. She is currently working on Dorset PCT Commissioning work, delivering cookery workshops to the parents of children in Dorset schools, with the emphasis on F.A.S.T. (Fresh, Affordable, Simple, Tasty) food. This work is targetting the parents from Dorset schools which are working towards 'healthy schools plus' with obesity as their main theme.
Sally works 14 hours per week, flexibly.

Naomi Evans – Public Health Nutritionist

Naomi has worked for the Trust since 2006. Naomi is qualified as a Public Health Nutritionist and is currently leading on two Dorset PCT Commissioning projects:-

F.A.B. (Food, Activity, Behaviour) - Naomi will be leading the delivery of 6 x 5 week health promotion workshops which are aimed at 2-4 year olds and their parents. A series of 3 pilots will be run in Children's Centres across Dorset and will cover issues such as healthy eating and portion sizes, dealing with fussy eaters, physical activities, cooking together, non TV activities for toddlers and behaviour and tantrum management around food.

Incredible Edibles - Naomi will also continue to deliver training to health professionals and evaluate the use of the Incredible Edibles weaning Tool Kits and Parent Packs. Evaluation data will be collected both from a health professionals perspective and from a parents perspective.
Naomi works 14 hours per week, flexibly, term time only.

Annie Newbury – Project Worker

Annie joined the team in April 2009. Annie will be delivering cookery workshops to groups of people over the age of 50 who have recently faced a change in their circumstances, this may be bereavement, illness, taking on the role of carer etc. This project is funded by The Tudor Trust.
Annie works 14 hours per week, flexibly.

Claire Garcia Ruiz – Project Worker

Claire joined the team in September 2009. Claire works on the Healthy Weight, Healthy Lives NHS Bournemouth & Poole schools project. She works with year 4-6 children and their parents in selected schools, helping them acquire the tools for a healthy lifestyle. This project runs until August 2012.
Claire works 14 hours per week, flexibly, term time only.
